RETURN POLICY
At ALDERVILE, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at aldervile@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
ALDERVILE reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
